Easy Tracking Code Install “the App” provides functionality to automatically inject Tracking tracking codes into Shopify stores “the Service” to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

We are an independent service provider that facilitates the integration of Tracking tracking codes into Shopify stores. Personal Information the App Collects
When you install the App, we automatically access certain types of information from your Shopify account through Shopify’s API, including your store’s basic information necessary to provide the Service.

Your Tracking Project ID (as provided by you)
Basic store configuration data necessary for the App’s functionality
Information We Do Not Collect:
We do not collect, store, or have access to your customers’ personal information
We do not collect, store, or have access to any data that any external company or service may collect from your store visitors
We do not store personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary for the App to function

Data Retention

All payments for the Service are final and non-refundable. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TADA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TADA’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO TADA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE INCIDENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TADA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tada and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of this Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
